Immediate source of acquisition or transfer
As regulated in the Decree Law 2551/53., the two public Organizations, namely EZTH and LTTH, were merged creating a new Organization by the name of the Free Zone and Port of Thessaloniki, or EZLTH. At that point the ledger was integrated into the EZLTH archives. The historical material that comes from the EZLTH was passed on to OLTH (Port Organization of Thessaloniki). The ledger came into possession of the Historical Archive by the previous Administration following the creation of a new Department and the repository planned under their supervision.

The ledger contains the Minutes of the Thessaloniki Port Authority Fund Committee, it begins with the meeting No 1 on the 27th of January 1930 and concludes with meeting No 79 on the 30th of November 1932.
Election of the first Chairman and Executive Committee and, on the same day, the 2nd meeting takes place, regarding the ratification of the agreements with the French Company for the Exploitation of the Port of Thessaloniki urgently, the 1904 agreement, the 1896 Bill of Rights (Ottoman Government Administration), granting of Rights till 1944, setting rent on 8.000.000 annually, LTTH Organization Plan, collection of rights and revocation of the existing exemption, port taxation, port projects’ budget, the 1st Quay, the Passenger Lounge, 1930-31 Budget (revenue and expenses), the Budget of the Thessaloniki port expansion, the report regarding the landscaping of the East Quay, construction of the port works, 2 draft blueprints of the New Port.
