The Thessaloniki Port Fund Authority Committee was a body of appointed members who oversaw the function of the organization. The action of the Committee was determined by duties and responsibilities conferred upon it by the State and they were determined by its Statute. The committee formally elected its Chairman and appointed the General Director, but in fact they were both selected by the government. The items of the agenda, the discussions that took place and the resolutions made by the Committee were summarized in a special book, a kind of Minutes ledger. A list of the members present or represented at the meeting was also submitted. Resolutions made were recorded per session, as well as, by index number.
The "Minutes of the Thessaloniki Port Fund Authority Committee" subseries consists of 14 volumes. The first session, recorded under the letter A, took place on January 27, 1930, and the last session, recorded under No 742, took place on November 2, 1953. It contains 14 volumes:
