The first EZLTH meeting on 5 December 1953 following the LTTH and EZLTH merger with the Minister of N. Greece taking the Chair and leading the discussion. Election of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and members of the Board of Directors, determining the length of term of office, berthing of merchant ships to the touristic coast to be resolved promptly. During the second meeting the election of the members of the Executive Committee took place, the official stamp of the new organization was established, unification of respective or related departments and divisions, possibility of 2 Budgets running simultaneously temporarily, and a variety of other urgent administrative issues to be resolved rapidly, mostly of legal and banking nature. Repair of the pier at Peraia, N. Epivates and Ag. Triada, delivery of 8,091 penicillin vials to the N.
