The Executive Committee is a collective, co-ordinating and executive body of the Thessaloniki Port Fund Authority and implements the Authority's policy in all areas, coordinates the implementation of the operational plan and action plan. The Minutes of the Thessaloniki Port Fund Authority Executive Committee registered the Discussions and Resolutions as well as a list of those present or represented at the Board meeting. The minutes shall be signed by the members present.
