Ο Αναστασιάδης Μιλτιάδης του Κωνσταντίνου ήταν Πολιτικός μηχανικός. Το 1926 έλαβε δίπλωμα Ε.Μ.Π. Διορίστηκε ως Μηχανικός Α΄ τάξεως Δημοσίων Έργων Υπουργείου Συγκοινωνίας. Το 1940 ανέλαβε το Γραφείο Νομομηχανικού Φλώρινα. Το 1949 ανέλαβε το Γραφείο Νομομηχανικού Θεσσαλονίκης.
