Ο υποφάκελος περιέχει δικογραφίες του Οργανισμού Λιμένος Θεσσαλονίκης
τέως Ελευθέρας Ζώνης μεταξύ των ετών 1957-1962. Οι δικογραφίες
αναφέρονται σε αποζημιώσεις ιδιοκτητών των οποίων και τα ακίνητα
απαλλοτριώθηκαν. Το 1957 έγινε απαλλοτρίωση του οικοπέδου Α.Β.Κ. 1895
από τον τέως Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. το οποίο άνηκε στο Δημόσιο έπειτα από δήμευση του
από τον ιδιοκτήτη, Νικόλαο Καμπάνη ο οποίος και κρίθηκε νομικά ως
δοσίλογος. Υπάρχουν δικογραφίες και αιτήσεις προς το Υπουργείο Οικονομικών
για την αναίρεση της καταβολής των ετησίων αποζημιώσεων, καθώς η
ιδιοκτησία δεν άνηκε σε ιδιώτη.

Ο φάκελος περιλαμβάνει έγγραφα του Γενικού Διευθυντή ΕΖΛΘ Γκίλλα Αριστάρχου ο οποίος διορίσθηκε το 1958. Ο φάκελος περιέχει μια εγκύκλιο διαταγή σχετικά με την παραίτηση του Γενικού Διευθυντή, απόφαση και αποδοχή του Δ.Σ σχετικά με την παραίτηση, γραπτή παραίτηση του Γενικού Διευθυντή, ανακοίνωση Β.Δ περί παραίτησης, 4 πρωτόκολλα ορκωμοσίας και εγκατάστασης, 4 ανακοινώσεις Β.Δ περί διορισμού, αποστολή πρακτικού περί νομιμοφροσύνης, πρακτικό νομιμοφροσύνης, υπεύθυνη δήλωση και απόσπασμα ποινικού μητρώου.

Ο φάκελος με τίτλο ‘Διάφορα’ περιέχει έγγραφα του Ο.Λ.Θ. και της Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. Το περιεχόμενό του δεν είναι ξεκάθαρο διότι διευρύνεται με διάφορες υποθέσεις που αφορούν τον οργανισμό. Ειδικότερα περιέχει τα εξής:
1.Εφημερίδες της Κυβερνήσεως
2.Δικογραφία του Ο.Λ.Θ. κατά του Λιβερίου Γεωργίου. Πρόκειται για έκτακτο λιμενεργάτη των φορτοεκφορτώσεων που χρησιμοποιήθηκε και ως υπεύθυνος χειριστής ενός ανυψωτικού μηχανήματος. Ο αναφερόμενος ζητά αποζημίωση λόγω της χρήσης του, ωστόσο ο Ο.Λ.Θ, προβάλλει τον νόμο ‘περί λογιστικού των νομικών προσώπων δημοσίου δικαίου’ και αρνείται να του τη δώσει.
