From 5/12/1953 to 13/7/1954
The first EZLTH meeting on 5 December 1953 following the LTTH and EZLTH merger with the Minister of N. Greece taking the Chair and leading the discussion. Election of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and members of the Board of Directors, determining the length of term of office, berthing of merchant ships to the touristic coast to be resolved promptly. During the second meeting the election of the members of the Executive Committee took place, the official stamp of the new organization was established, unification of respective or related departments and divisions, possibility of 2 Budgets running simultaneously temporarily, and a variety of other urgent administrative issues to be resolved rapidly, mostly of legal and banking nature. Repair of the pier at Peraia, N. Epivates and Ag. Triada, delivery of 8,091 penicillin vials to the N. Ο φάκελος του Ζαχαρόπουλου Αναστάσιου περιλαμβάνει τα ατομικά έγγραφα του υπαλλήλου τα οποία είναι πιστοποιητικό στράτευσης και πιστοποιητικό στρατολογικής κατάστασης, το ατομικό δελτίο υπαλλήλου ΕΖΛΘ, εκθέσεις αξιολόγησης ΕΖΘ/ΕΖΛΘ, συνεδριάσεις περί επιδομάτων, έγγραφα ανακοινώσεων προαγωγών και απονομής ηθικής αμοιβής, κάποιες άδειες άνευ αποδοχών για λόγους υγείας και έγγραφο ανακοίνωσης απολύσεως του λόγω ορίου ηλικίας υπηρεσίας. Τέλος, μια βεβαίωση υπηρεσίας ως διευθυντής ΟΛΘ που συνταξιοδοτήθηκε για να τη χρησιμοποιήσει στο ΙΚΑ η γυναίκα του μετά από αίτηση της.

Ο φάκελος περιλαμβάνει έγγραφα του Γενικού Διευθυντή ΕΖΛΘ Απόστολου Αηδονά ο οποίος προσλήφθηκε το 1954. Συγκεκριμένα περιλαμβάνει έγγραφα του Νομάρχη της Θεσσαλονίκης και του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου της ΕΖΛΘ σχετικά με την παραίτηση του, έγγραφα του Υπουργείου Συγκοινωνιών, ΦΕΚ, πρωτόκολλα ορκωμοσίας, έγγραφα προς το Δ.Σ, βεβαίωση υπηρεσίας, μια αίτηση του Γεν. Διευθ. για την χορήγηση βεβαιώσεων, μια απόδειξη παραλαβής εγγράφων, ένα έγγραφο σχετικά με την πρόσληψη του Απόστολου Αηδονά ως Γεν. Διευθ., πρωτόκολλο εγκατάστασης του, αποφάσεις καθορισμού εξόδων κινήσεως του Διευθυντή και τέλος περιλαμβάνει και ένα ατομικό δελτίο ΕΖΛΘ.

Ο φάκελος περιέχει δικογραφίες του Οργανισμού Λιμένος Θεσσαλονίκης μεταξύ των ετών 1952 έως 1966. Οι δικογραφίες αναφέρονται σε αποζημιώσεις εργαζομένων και ιδιωτικών εταιριών. ( 21 υποφάκελοι)
Συγκεκριμένα:

1. Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά “Σιδηροδρόμων Ελληνικού Κράτους- Σ.Ε.Κ.” .
   Κατά τα έτη 1948-1949, προσήλθαν ατμοπλοϊκώς από το εξωτερικό διάφορα εμπορεύματα με υλικά που ήταν για παραλαβή ,τα οποία φυλάχτηκαν σε αποθήκη του οργανισμού. Κατά την πληρωμή των φορτοεκφορτωτικών και φυλακτών δικαιωμάτων της Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. εκδόθηκαν τιμολόγια που δεν εξοφλήθηκαν με αποτέλεσμα να αιτείται η ενάγουσα εταιρία το υπόλοιπο. Στον χώρο του λιμένος, τα αποταμιευμένα δικαιώματα δεν υποβάλλονται σε τελωνειακό δασμό, σύμφωνα με τον νόμο. Υποχρεούται, λοιπόν, να καταβάλλει την αποζημίωση που έχει οριστεί στο Πρωτοδικείο Θεσσαλονίκης. Ο φάκελος περιέχει έγγραφα σχετικά με τον διακανονισμό του λογαριασμού που εκκρεμεί.
2. Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά Λάζαρου Τζιγέρη
   Το 1949, ο κ. Τζιγέρης προσελήφθη ως έκτακτος ημερομίσθιος οδηγός τζιπ με 25.000 δρχ. Ημερομίσθιο. Χρησιμοποιήθηκε ως οδηγός γερανού έως την απόλυσή του από την υπηρεσία αμειβόμενος με 1.020.000 δρχ. . Κατά το χρονικό διάστημα 1949-1952 εργαζόταν τις Κυριακές, τις ημέρες εορτών με ανώτατο όριο ωρών τις 4 πρωινές ώρες για την συντήρηση του αυτοκινήτου. Από το 1952 του καταβαλλόταν μηνιαίος μισθός ίδιος με τους υπόλοιπους οδηγούς και από τότε σταμάτησε να πηγαίνει στο συνεργείο για συντήρηση τις Κυριακές και τις μέρες εξαίρεσης. Ο κ. Τζιγέρης ζητά να ρυθμιστεί το ποσό του μισθού του με το Λ.Τ.Θ. να υποστηρίζει ότι οι οδηγοί αυτοκινήτου δικαιούνται 4 ημερομίσθια μηνιαίως αφού εργάζονται χωρίς διακοπή όλες τις μέρες του μήνα. Τέλος, το Πρωτοδικείο Θεσσαλονίκης δεν εγκρίνει την αγωγή του αναφερόμενου προς την Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. και τον καταδικάζει να πληρώσει την δικαστική δαπάνη στον οργανισμό.
3. Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά Ο.Ε.Ε. ‘Αντώνιος Μελετιάδης και Σία’
   Η εταιρία ‘Αντώνιος Μελετιάδης και Σία’ κατέχει στη Θεσσαλονίκη ένα εργοτάξιο σε συνεργασία με την ανώνυμη εργοληπτική εταιρία ‘Χαρ. Παπαγιαννόπουλος και Σία’. Πρόκειται για την κατασκευή της 5ης προβλήτας της Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. ωστόσο το 1966, η πρώτη εταιρία φαίνεται να εκθέτει σε πλειστηριασμό τα εξής υλικά: 10 τόνους σιδήρου σε ράβδο και 20 τόνους σιδήρου χονδρού και διάφορα τεμάχια. Ο οργανισμός υποστηρίζει ότι οι τμηματικές πληρωμές γίνονται ανά 15 ημέρες και τα πιστοποιούμενα υλικά και έργα ανήκουν κατά κυριότητα στον εργοδότη. Οπότε δε μπορεί η εταιρία να κάνει αγωγή στον λιμένα και να εκθέτει σε κατάσχεση τα υλικά από τη στιγμή που γίνονται οι πληρωμές. Επίσης, τα υλικά σιδήρου δεν έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί μέχρι την κατάσχεση εξαιτίας της παράτασης εκτέλεσης του έργου λόγω οικονομικής δυσχέρειας.
4. Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά Ερ. Δενέζη και Α.Ν.Ε.Ε. Μιχαλινός.
   Κατά την εκφόρτωση φορτίου σιδηροδρομικού υλικού υπό των Α/Π ‘ΕΛΛΑΣ’, ‘ΒΟΡΕΙΟΣ ΕΛΛΑΣ’ και ‘ΜΥΚΟΝΟΣ’, διαπιστώθηκαν ορισμένα πλεονάσματα που δεν παραδόθηκαν αμέσως στην Αγροτική Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος. Παραδόθηκαν, λοιπόν, στην Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. , παρέμειναν για φύλαξη σε αποθήκη της, η οποία έχει και τα ανάλογα δικαιώματα και εκδόθηκε τιμολόγιο συνολικού ποσού 330.790 δρχ.. Το συγκεκριμένο ποσό αρνείται να καταβάλλει ο λιμένας και μετά από συνεχείς ενοχλήσεις των εταιριών κινείται δικαστικώς. Το Υπουργείο Συγκοινωνιών δεν αποδέχεται την πληρωμή των εξόδων, διότι η συμφωνία των ενδιαφερόμενων ‘Ατμοπλοϊκών Εταιριών’ αναφέρει ότι τα έξοδα δεν οφείλονται στο Δημόσιο. Στον φάκελο υπάρχουν έγγραφα με επιστολές προς τις εταιρίες για την πληρωμή των εξόδων.
5. Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά Πέτρου Καϊά
   Ο κ. Καϊάς ανήκει στο προσωπικό της Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. και λόγω συμπληρώσεως ορίου ηλικίας απολύθηκε από την υπηρεσία στα τέλη του 1954. Το τρίμηνο που ακολούθησε έλαβε μηνιαίες αποδοχές από το Ταμείο του οργανισμού. Οι αντίθετοι ισχυρισμοί του ενάγοντα τυγχάνουν αβάσιμες εξαιτίας της διάταξης με ισχύ 20ετίας περίπου.
6. Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά Θεμιστοκλέους Πυλόρωφ
   Το 1955 έγινε εισαγωγή αίτησης προσφυγής του κ. Πυλόρωφ κατά της απόφασης του Υπουργείου Συγκοινωνιών και Δημοσίων Έργων. Κατά τη διάρκεια του μειοδοτικού διαγωνισμού των προσφορών για τη συμπλήρωση τιμολογίου και προϋπολογισμού, αναδείχθηκε ο κ. Πυλόρωφ μειοδότης των εργασιών επεκτάσεως του κρηπιδότοιχου της νέας παραλιακής λεωφόρου Θεσσαλονίκης. Ο συγκεκριμένος ανέλαβε την εκτέλεση του έργου βάσει των όρων του συμφωνητικού, όπου η Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. απαγόρευσε την αναθεώρηση των τιμών της εργολαβίας.
7. Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά Νικολάου Μπόζου
   Ο Κ. Μπόζος εργαζόταν στα γραφεία του Λιμενικού Ταμείου Θεσσαλονίκης κατά τις εργάσιμες μέρες του έτους με 7ωρη απασχόληση και μισθό 1.140 δρχ μηνιαία. Στον φάκελο υπάρχει πίνακας με τα συμπληρωμένα ημερομίσθια του εργαζομένου. Μετά την αγωγή του στον οργανισμό, γίνεται αντιληπτό ότι ο κ. Μπόζος δεν δικαιούται μεγαλύτερη αμοιβή για τις πρόσθετες απασχολήσεις του στον λιμένα σύμφωνα με την νομοθεσία.
8. Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά Βασίλη Βεροσιάδου
   Από το 1914, ο κ. Βεροσιάδης εργάζεται ως τακτικός υπάλληλος της Γαλλοελληνικής Εταιρίας Εκμεταλλεύσεως Λιμένος Θεσσαλονίκης. Το 1930 προσελήφθη ως τακτικός υπάλληλος του Λιμενικού Ταμείου Θεσσαλονίκης με τον μισθό του συνεχώς να αυξάνεται. Το 1954 διαγράφεται λόγω συμπληρώσεως ορίου ηλικίας υποστηρίζοντας ότι δεν του έχει αποδοθεί η αποζημίωση που έχει οριστεί αλλά μικρότερη από αυτή.
   9.Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά Γεώργιο Φραντζή
   Το 1925 ο κ. Φραντζής προσελήφθη ως έκτακτος υπάλληλος Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. έως το 1957 όπου διαγράφεται λόγω συμπληρώσεως ορίου ηλικίας. Μεταξύ των ετών, εργαζόταν ως εργάτης συντηρήσεως της σιδηροδρομικής γραμμής, ως ελιγμοδηγός και ως σημειωτής μεταφορών, εκφορτώσεων και φύλακας φορτηγών. Τα τελευταία 5 χρόνια πραγματοποιούσε υπερωρίες νυχτερινής βάρδιας. Παρόλο αυτά, ο οργανισμός αρνείται να του καταβάλλει απλό ημερομίσθιο και τις προαυξήσεις που του αναλογούν. Ο φάκελος περιέχει πίνακα με τα πραγματοποιημένα ημερομίσθια του αναφερόμενου.
   10-15. Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά Ελί Μοδιάνο
   Πρόκειται για μια δικογραφία όπου το Εφετείο Θεσσαλονίκης αποφασίζει και καθορίζει την τιμή μονάδας του οικοπέδου Θεσσαλονίκης ανά τετραγωνικό μέτρο, του παραπήγματος ανά κυβικό μέτρο και του παραπήγματος κεραμοσκεπών και λαμαρινοσκεπών ανά κυβικό μέτρο. Έπειτα, διατάζει να αποδοθεί το καταβληθέν πρόστιμο στον κ. Μοδιάνο και τέλος, καταδικάζει την προσφυγή του οργανισμού με δικαστική δαπάνη του αντιδίκου. Περιέχει Εφημερίδα της Κυβερνήσεως. Περιέχει ένα Γενικό Σχεδιάγραμμα της Όψης Εκτάσεως του Λιμένος.
   16-17. Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά Εταιρίας Γενικών Μεταφορών “Ο ΑΣΤΗΡ”.
   Το 1956 ο οργανισμός ασκεί αγωγή προς την επώνυμη εταιρία μεταφορών “Ο ΑΣΤΗΡ”. Ειδικότερα, μεταξύ των ετών 1953-1954, πραγματοποιήθηκαν φορτώσεις εμπορευμάτων από πλοία για παραλαβή εμπόρων του εσωτερικού. Κατά τη διάρκεια των φορτώσεων, η εναγόμενη χρησιμοποίησε ελεύθερους χώρους του Λιμενικού Ταμείου Θεσσαλονίκης υποστηρίζοντας ότι κατέβαλλε τα δικαιώματα χρησιμοποιήσεως των κοινόχρηστων χώρων και των κρηπιδωμάτων του Λ.Τ.Θ. . Σε συνεχεία, οι μάρτυρες -εργαζόμενοι Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ.- αναφέρουν ότι πρέπει πρώτα να γίνεται καταβολή των δικαιωμάτων της εταιρίας για την χρήση των φορτωτών χώρων, διότι αλλιώς δεν υπογράφεται η άδεια φορτώσεως από το αρμόδιο Τελωνειακό όργανο. Ωστόσο, επί 7 μήνες, η εναγόμενη δεν κατέβαλλε τα δικαιώματα υπέρ του ενάγοντος νομικού προσώπου. Έτσι, δεν θα της επιτραπεί η διενέργεια άλλης φορτώσεως μέχρι την καταβολή των οφειλών. Ο φάκελος περιέχει πίνακες με καταστάσεις των εκφορτώσεων στην λιμενική προκυμαία της Θεσσαλονίκης από την Ε.Γ.Μ. “ΑΣΤΉΡ”.
9. Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά Βασιλειάδη Ευδόξου
   Το 1958 ο κ. Βασιλειάδης, ανέλαβε την εργασία διαμορφώσεως του χώρου ξυλείας της Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ., εκτάσεως 8070 τ.μ. σύμφωνα με τους όρους της συμφωνίας. Για την επίστρωση, λοιπόν, του χώρου, χρησιμοποίησε υλικά όπως λίθο αργού από το λατομείο Ασβεστοχωρίου, αξίας 55 δρχ. . Έπειτα, η Διεύθυνση τεχνικών υπηρεσιών της Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ., υπεύθυνη για το έργο, έκρινε ότι την επιφάνεια του κυβολιθόστρωτου έπρεπε να προσκομίσει λίθος διαλογής. Ο κ. Βασιλειάδης ανέφερε ότι οι λίθοι διαλογής κυμαίνονται σε διάφορες αξίες σε σύγκριση με τους λίθους Ασβεστοχωρίου. Μετά την ολοκλήρωση του έργου, ο αναφερόμενος επανέλαβε το αίτημα για αποζημίωση με θέμα την υπεραξία της διαλογής λιθών, η οποία απορρίφθηκε. Έτσι, ακολούθησαν αγωγές και συνεδριάσεις στο Πρωτοδικείο Θεσσαλονίκης.
10. Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά Μουτσόπουλου Θεόδωρου
    Ο κ. Μουτσόπουλος εργάστηκε στο Λ.Τ.Θ. από το 1951 με την ιδιότητα του βοηθού τεχνίτη στο συνεργείο λαμβάνοντας 24 χιλ. δρχ. μηνιαίο μισθό, σύμφωνα με τις μισθοδοτικές καταστάσεις και τα λοιπά βιβλία. Έπειτα, μεταφέρθηκε στην υπηρεσία των οδηγών φορτηγών αυτοκινήτων έως το 1952 όπου απολύθηκε, λαμβάνοντας 36 χιλ. δρχ. μηνιαίο μισθό όπως και σε όλους τους οδηγούς. Ο αναφερόμενος προέβη σε αγωγές και δικαστικές διαμάχες καθώς ζητά αποζημίωση και δεν συμφωνεί με τα παραπάνω.
11. Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά Αμαριανάκη Σταύρου
    Η επιτροπή του λιμένος κηρύσσει άκυρη την απόλυση του κ. Αμαριανάκη, φύλακα του οργανισμού και έφεδρο παλαιού πολεμιστή. Κατά συνέπεια, αυτή θεωρείται ως μηδέποτε έλαβε χώρα, ωστόσο του παρείχαν αποδοχές που ζητά να αφαιρεθούν καθώς δεν πρόκειται για συνταξιοδότηση.
12. Δικογραφία Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. κατά τους υπαλλήλους Καλπακίδη Χρήστο, Τζαννέτου Σταβράκου, Μπακλαβά Δημητρίου, Αλεξιάδου Ιωακείμ, Ιωαννίδη Γεράσιμου.
    Σύμφωνα με την Επιτροπή της Ελευθέρας Ζώνης, ο τρόπος με τον οποίο χορηγεί στο ασφαλισμένο προσωπικό τις συντάξεις γίνεται υπολογίζοντας τα εκάστοτε κρατούμενα των υπαλλήλων στο Δημόσιο που καθίστανται συνταξιούχοι λόγω ορίου ηλικίας ή ανικανότητας προς εργασία και μη έχοντας συμπληρώσει την 25ετή υπηρεσία. Ο φάκελος περιέχει ονομαστικές καταστάσεις με τα ποσά των συντάξεων που αναλογούν σε κάθε εργαζόμενο. Πάραυτα, οι κάτωθι υπογεγραμμένοι υπάλληλοι της εταιρίας οδηγούν την Ε.Ζ.Λ.Θ. σε αγωγή καθώς διαφωνούν με τον μισθό που δικαιούνται προβάλλοντας τα συμπληρωμένα ημερομίσθιά τους. Ωστόσο, η εταιρία υποστηρίζει, έχοντας τον νόμο του Αρείου Πάγου, ότι ο καθένας παίρνει ότι του αναλογεί και δίνονται συντάξεις ακόμα και ας μην έχει συμπληρωθεί το 25ο έτος εργασίας, παρακινώντας τους υπαλλήλους να διαπιστώσουν πως είναι προς όφελός τους.
